Tim Rafalovich
Director of Centara Real Estate Services
Tim Rafalovich serves as the Director of Centara Real Estate Services, a subsidiary of Centara Capital Group, Inc., managing the distribution of the EquityKey™ program. He is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with correspondent associates, educating the public on the program through workshops and managing referral relationships with financial and legal professionals. In addition, he oversees EquityKey transactions for Centara Capital’s distribution channels which include CPAs, estate planning attorneys, insurance producers, commercial real estate agents and financial advisors.
Tim has spent nearly 25 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Centara Capital, he served as Vice President, Regional Manager for CitiGroup where he managed a team of 48 professionals and was responsible for $1.8 billion in annual sales. Tim has an extensive strategic management background having served as Executive Vice President for a public mergers and acquisitions firm, Vice President, Regional Manager for New Century Financial and Sales Manager at Merrill Lynch.
