Fredrick Schippa
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Fred is responsible for all financial and administrative matters and overall operational management. As a member of the Executive Management Team, Fred’s responsibility is to execute the operational goals of the firm.
Fred has more than 24 years of financial-based corporate and consulting experience as well as a proven track record in managing large-scale strategic business and optimization projects from conceptualization through implementation. He is a dynamic, achievement-oriented leader with a history of building highly productive teams through coaching and staff mentoring.
Prior to joining Centara, Fred served as Chief Operating Officer of the Retirement Capital Group. He implemented the general policies established by the Board of Directors and oversaw their administration and execution. He directed short-term and long-range planning to support strategic business goals. He directed and participated in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives.
Fred has also served in an executive capacity for such companies as the Pacific Corinthian Life Insurance Company (formerly First Capital Life) and The McGraw-Hill Companies. He founded and managed The Gordian Group, providing consulting services to large insurance carriers such as New York Life, Transamerica, The Lincoln Financial Group and Liberty Mutual.
