Brittany R. Oates, Esq.
Senior Counsel
In her role as Senior Counsel for Centara, Brittany oversees all general corporate matters, including contract negotiation, operations and human resource issues, corporate structuring, and compliance matters. As part of the Management Team, she has created and implemented programs to improve the long-term professional development of the Firm.
With a background in litigation and estate planning, Brittany managed Centara Legal Group, APC prior to joining the team at Centara Capital.
Brittany was named as ‘Top Attorney 2006’ and 2008 by the San Diego Daily Transcript for excellence in her field. She was also recognized in 2008 as a Five Star Wealth Manager: Best in Client Satisfaction™ as published by San Diego Magazine.
