Client Center
Centara Capital’s Client Operations Department consists of three separate areas of client support service. Ensuring customer satisfaction in a diverse environment such as Centara’s requires a collaborative effort by multiple team members across varying client service disciplines.
Client Relations, Client Services and New Business Processing each have a unique means of affecting the client experience. While members of Client Services concentrate on maintaining a comfortable environment for the firm’s visiting clients, New Business Processors attend to the expeditious and successful establishment of client accounts. Client Relations Specialists contribute further by supporting the firm’s Relationship Managers, accommodating client requests, executing quality control checks of necessary documents, and acting as a liaison with Securities and Insurance Companies on the client’s behalf.
Each of these areas communicates with the other to ensure that the client’s experience matches expectations. Most importantly, the members of the Client Operations Department communicate with Centara’s clients so that they stay informed each step of the way.
