Trustee Workshop

Most clients have named children, family members or friends as successor trustees. Occasionally, clients have asked if we could meet with their trustees to give them an idea of what to expect if they need to act. Centara Legal Group, APC will host a complimentary one-hour workshops specifically for your trustees.

Agenda:

• Review basic components of an estate plan
• Explain what will be expected of the successor trustee when you can no longer act
• Discuss the different roles of the successor trustees, executors and attorneys in fact, as well as the duties and responsibilities associated with those roles
