Centara’s Tactical ETF program is an asset allocation investment strategy with the objective of providing superior risk adjusted returns and long-term capital appreciation through tactical investments across major asset classes. The strategy offers the potential of equity-like returns with fixed income levels of low volatility by investing in liquid, transparent and low-cost Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) across global asset classes including equities, fixed income, real estate, and commodities.
The strategy implements a quantitative asset allocation model with strict risk management rules to minimize drawdowns and preserve capital. The asset allocation model is driven by a number of factors including trends in economic and monetary conditions, inflation and interest rate levels and asset class volatility.
