Who is Centara?
Centara is a unique group of companies that work together to provide full service financial planning, money management, tax preparation, tax planning, real estate services, and estate planning services. To ensure coordinated planning, Centara shares your financial and tax information among the Centara companies. Centara does not reveal confidential client financial information to any outside entity, for any purpose, without the client’s express permission. The Centara group of companies consists of Centara Capital Management Group, Inc., Centara Capital Securities, Inc., and Centara Real Estate Services, Inc. Centara Capital Securities, Inc., may share client information with UVEST Financial Services Group, Inc., our third party back office provider. Any client information shared will be used only in connection with their performance under our services agreement. This information will not be used for marketing purposes.
How is Centara Regulated?
Due to the variety of services provided, Centara falls under the umbrella of a number of both Self Regulatory Organizations (SROs) and government regulatory agencies. These include: The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA); The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); The California Department of Real Estate; The California Department of Insurance; The California Department of Corporations; and The California Board of Accountancy.

We recognize that you entrust us with important personal information and we take seriously our responsibilities in protecting and safeguarding this information.
The vast majority of Centara clients take advantage of the benefits that come from having a firm that offers integrated services. However, some clients may not wish to take advantage of other Centara services, and wish their financial information to be used only for one specific purpose. If you mark either box, Centara Capital Management Group will not have your authorization to work with Centara Capital Securities, Inc., Centara Real Estate Services, Inc. and Centara Legal Group, APC. What is the California Financial Information Privacy Act?
Senate Bill 1 is found in sections 4050-4060 of the California Financial Code and is commonly known as the California Financial Privacy Act. This Act gives California consumers the right to decide how their information will be used by financial institutions.
